a lot of activity, and almost no study.
in Yog,
a lot of study, little activity.
If you are active,
you are prepared to be stupid;
if you are thoughtful,
you are becoming wiser.
在“身体瑜伽”里，
做得太多，几乎没什么研究；
在真正的瑜伽里，
大量的研究，几乎不怎么动。
如果你做得过多，
你就做好准备，越做越愚蠢，
如果你在体式里陷入深思，
你会変得更加智慧。
