and standingly sit?
Can you lyingly stand
and standingly lie down?
All that is possible in Yogasana
in the sense that
you are seated in any case.
你能形同坐着那样站着、
像站着那样坐着吗?
你能形同躺着那样站着、
像站着那样躺着吗?
这一切, 在瑜伽体式里都是可能,
既从某种意义上说，
你无论在哪种情况中, 都是“安坐”状态。
