nor for health.
Your health is incidental by what you do.
You may not get anything but health;
you get health
at the cost of consciousness.

瑜伽既不靠健康、也不为健康，
你的健康，只通过你做瑜伽而顺带得到的，
你很有可能除了健康一无所获。
你获得了健康，代价是意识。
