This is so paramount in classical approach to yoga&nbsp;rather than the modern approach to yoga which is quite consumeristic&nbsp;anyway.&nbsp;The last couple of sessions, we were delineating more on the theory and the philosophical aspects of yoga. But today&nbsp;let\u2019s embark upon the practical aspects of it. So&nbsp;get prepared to be doing, getting into some asana as now we commence.&nbsp;<br><br>\u611f\u8c22\u4f60\u4eec\u6240\u6709\u4eba\u8fdb\u5165\u8fd9\u5802\u65b0\u7684\u8bfe\u7a0b\u2014\u2014\u201c\u745c\u4f3d\u5f53\u4e2d\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u201d\u3001\u201c\u7ecf\u7531\u745c\u4f3d\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u201d\u3001\u201c\u901a\u8fc7\u745c\u4f3d\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u201d\u3001\u201c\u5173\u4e8e\u745c\u4f3d\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u201d\uff0c\u8fd9\u5728\u4f20\u7edf\u800c\u7ecf\u5178\u745c\u4f3d\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e2d\u81f3\u5173\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u6781\u5177\u6d88\u8d39\u6027\u8d28\u7684\u73b0\u4ee3\u745c\u4f3d\u65b9\u6cd5\u4e0d\u5728\u5176\u5217\u3002\u5728\u524d\u9762\u51e0\u8282\u8bfe\u7a0b\u91cc\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u68b3\u7406\u7684\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u662f\u745c\u4f3d\u7684\u7406\u8bba\u548c\u54f2\u5b66\u5c42\u9762\uff1b\u4f46\u4eca\u5929\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u5f00\u59cb\u5b83\u5b9e\u7528\u7684\u5c42\u9762\uff0c\u51c6\u5907\u597d\u53bb\u505a\uff0c\u65e2\u7136\u6211\u4eec\u73b0\u5728\u8981\u4e0a\u8bfe\uff0c\u5c31\u8fdb\u5165\u5230\u4e00\u4e9b\u4f53\u5f0f\u91cc\u53bb\u3002<br><br>The point is I\u2019ve been telling you how postures are not yoga. Now today we are going to highlight how\/what we do, how yoga can come in there, how yoga can be coming in our postures to make the postures yogasanas. So&nbsp;rather than going by negative analysis as to what is not yoga, why something is not yoga, why postures are not asanas, why posture is not yoga, now let\u2019s try to have a positive approach and understanding how\/where\/when yoga comes even in those postures, the postures themselves become yogasanas.&nbsp;And at this point in time, I want to be clear about the mix-up between asanas and postures. Postures are majorly position for asana, however&nbsp;they are not asana by themselves. So&nbsp;let\u2019s see how asana can come in, in what form the&nbsp;yoga comes; for you and me neophytes,&nbsp;where yoga is not really actualized, perhaps yoga is not even traced. We do not trace yoga in what we do perhaps. Let\u2019s see how yoga comes in.&nbsp;<br><br>\u91cd\u70b9\u662f\u6211\u4e00\u76f4\u544a\u8bc9\u4f60\u4eec\u7684\uff0c\u5373\u59ff\u52bf\u4e3a\u4f55\u4e0d\u662f\u745c\u4f3d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4eca\u5929\u8981\u5f3a\u8c03\u7684\u662f\uff1a\u6211\u4eec\u5982\u4f55\u505a\/\u6211\u4eec\u505a\u4ec0\u4e48\uff0c\u624d\u80fd\u8ba9\u745c\u4f3d\u8fdb\u5230\u90a3\u91cc\u9762\u53bb\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u5982\u4f55\u624d\u80fd\u8fdb\u5230\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u59ff\u52bf\u91cc\u53bb\uff0c\u8ba9\u59ff\u52bf\u53d8\u6210\u745c\u4f3d\u4f53\u5f0f\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u4e0e\u5176\u7528\u5426\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u5206\u6790\u53bb\u8ba8\u8bba\u4ec0\u4e48\u4e0d\u662f\u745c\u4f3d\u3001\u4e3a\u4f55\u6709\u4e9b\u4e1c\u897f\u4e0d\u662f\u745c\u4f3d\u3001\u4e3a\u4f55\u59ff\u52bf\u4e0d\u662f\u4f53\u5f0f\u3001\u4e3a\u4f55\u59ff\u52bf\u4e0d\u662f\u745c\u4f3d\uff0c\u4e0d\u5982\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u73b0\u5728\u5c1d\u8bd5\u4e00\u79cd\u80af\u5b9a\u6027\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u53bb\u4e86\u89e3\u201c\u5982\u4f55\u201d\/\u201c\u4f55\u5904\u201d\/\u201c\u4f55\u65f6\u201d\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u751a\u81f3\u90fd\u8fdb\u5230\u90a3\u4e9b\u59ff\u52bf\u91cc\u53bb\uff0c\u8ba9\u59ff\u52bf\u672c\u8eab\u53d8\u6210\u745c\u4f3d\u4f53\u5f0f\u3002\u5728\u8fd9\u4e2a\u65f6\u95f4\u8282\u70b9\u4e0a\uff0c\u6211\u4e5f\u60f3\u6f84\u6e05\u4f53\u5f0f\u548c\u59ff\u52bf\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u6df7\u6dc6\uff0c\u59ff\u52bf\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u4f53\u5f0f\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u6446\u653e\/\u5f52\u4f4d\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u4eec\u901a\u8fc7\u81ea\u8eab\u8fd8\u4e0d\u6210\u5176\u4e3a\u4f53\u5f0f\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u53bb\u770b\u770b\uff0c\u4f53\u5f0f\u5982\u4f55\u624d\u80fd\u8fdb\u53bb\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u4f1a\u4ee5\u4f55\u79cd\u5f62\u5f0f\u624d\u80fd\u8fdb\u53bb\u3002\u5bf9\u4e8e\u4f60\u3001\u6211\u8fd9\u6837\u7684\u521d\u7ea7\u6c34\u5e73\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u5e76\u672a\u771f\u7684\u5b9e\u73b0\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u53ef\u80fd\u745c\u4f3d\u90fd\u8fd8\u672a\u627e\u5230\u8e2a\u5f71\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u6240\u505a\u7684\u4e1c\u897f\u91cc\uff0c\u5e76\u6ca1\u6709\u627e\u5230\u745c\u4f3d\u7684\u8e2a\u5f71\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u770b\u770b\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u5982\u4f55\u624d\u80fd\u8fdb\u53bb\u3002<br><br>So get into a position, I would suggest you all get into shirshasana, salamba shirshasana, alternatively somebody can be going for uttitha hasta padasana, uttitha hasta padangusthasana&nbsp;as you call it or simple sitting-bharadvajasana. I open up these options because some of you may not be able to go for shirshansana for the sake of study.&nbsp;So therefore, I have given options of a standing position such as uttithita hasta padasana, as you call it as utthita hasta padangusthasana&nbsp;or bharadvajasana. So get into your positions and I won\u2019t be suggesting change of sides. You will be doing on your own&nbsp;like in bharadvajasana and utthita hasta. You will be changing on your own. In shirshasana, you can be staying straight for some while and then you can also be preceeding to variations on your own. So get into your positions. So the moment we get into the posture, we become posture-aware. We become posture-aware\/posture-conscious.&nbsp;We become posturaly active, and we try to get our postural position, proper position.&nbsp;<br><br>\uff08\u4f60\u4eec\u5148\uff09\u8fdb\u5165\u4e00\u4e2a\u59ff\u52bf\uff0c\u6211\u4f1a\u5efa\u8bae\u4f60\u4eec\u5168\u90fd\u8fdb\u5165\u5934\u5012\u7acb\/\u6709\u652f\u6491\u5934\u5012\u7acb\uff0c\u67d0\u4e9b\u4eba\u53ef\u4ee5\u6362\u6210\u624b\u5230\u811a\u2014\u2014\u4f60\u4eec\u79f0\u4e4b\u4e3a\u201c\u7ad9\u7acb\u624b\u6293\u5927\u811a\u8dbe\u201d\uff0c\u6216\u7b80\u5355\u7684\u5750\u59ff\u5723\u54f2\u5df4\u62c9\u5fb7\u74e6\u4f3d\u626d\u8f6c\u3002\u6211\u5f00\u653e\u4e86\u8fd9\u4e9b\u9009\u9879\uff08\u7ed9\u4f60\u4eec\uff09\uff0c\u56e0\u4e3a\u4f60\u4eec\u6709\u4e9b\u4eba\u53ef\u80fd\u505a\u4e0d\u5230\u201c\u7814\u7a76\u7c7b\u578b\u201d\u7684\u5934\u5012\u7acb\uff1b\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u6211\u7ed9\u51fa\u4e86\u4e00\u4e9b\u7ad9\u59ff\u7684\u9009\u9879\uff0c\u6bd4\u5982\uff08\u6709\u652f\u6491\u7684\uff09\u624b\u5230\u811a\uff0c\u4f60\u4eec\u79f0\u4e4b\u4e3a\u201c\u624b\u6293\u5927\u811a\u8dbe\u5f0f\u201d\uff0c\u6216\u5723\u54f2\u5df4\u62c9\u5fb7\u74e6\u4f3d\u626d\u8f6c\u3002\u8fdb\u5230\u4f60\u4eec\u7684\u59ff\u52bf\u5f53\u4e2d\uff0c\u6211\u4e0d\u4f1a\u63d0\u9192\u4f60\u4eec\u6362\u8fb9\uff0c\u505a\u4f60\u4eec\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\uff08\u8282\u594f\uff09\uff0c\u5c31\u50cf\u5723\u54f2\u5df4\u62c9\u5fb7\u74e6\u4f3d\u626d\u8f6c\u548c\u201c\u624b\u5230\u811a\u201d\uff0c\u4f60\u4eec\u8981\u6309\u7167\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8282\u594f\u53bb\u6362\u8fb9\uff1b\u5728\u5934\u5012\u7acb\u4e2d\uff0c\u4f60\u4eec\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u76f4\u7acb\u72b6\u6001\u4e2d\u5f85\u4e00\u4f1a\u513f\uff0c\u7136\u540e\u4f60\u4eec\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u6309\u7167\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u8282\u594f\u8fdb\u5165\u5404\u79cd\u53d8\u4f53\uff0c\u603b\u4e4b\uff0c\u5148\u8fdb\u5230\u4f60\u4eec\u7684\u59ff\u52bf\uff1b\u6211\u4eec\u8fdb\u5230\u59ff\u52bf\u7684\u90a3\u4e00\u77ac\u95f4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u5c31\u53d8\u6210\u4e86\u59ff\u52bf-\u89c9\u77e5\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u662f\u59ff\u52bf-\u610f\u8bc6\u3001\u59ff\u52bf-\u610f\u8bc6\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u59ff\u52bf\u5f00\u59cb\u4e3b\u52a8\u3001\u6d3b\u8dc3\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4f1a\u5c1d\u8bd5\u505a\u51fa\u6211\u4eec\u8fd9\u4e2a\u59ff\u52bf\u6027\u7684\u5404\u79cd\u6446\u653e\u3001\u505a\u51fa\u6b63\u786e\u7684\u59ff\u52bf\u3002<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-small-font-size\"><strong><span style=\"color: var(--theme-palette-color-8, #ffffff);background-color: #f34957\" class=\"stk-highlight\">\u201c\u666e\u5c1a\u5409\u8bed\u201d\u53d1\u5e03<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So go for that where you are body-aware, body-active, body-sensitive, body-mobile and that is how we commence our postures. So now I would call this as \u2018being in position\u2019, you are in a position through a posture\/a position of a posture.<br><br>\u4e3a\u4e86\u4f60\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u89c9\u77e5\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u4e3b\u52a8\/\u6d3b\u8dc3\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u611f\u77e5\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u79fb\u52a8\u800c\u505a\uff0c\u90a3\u5c31\u662f\u6211\u4eec\u5f00\u59cb\u6211\u4eec\u59ff\u52bf\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff1b\u73b0\u5728\uff0c\u6211\u624d\u4f1a\u79f0\u4e4b\u4e3a\u201c\u5904\u4e8e\u5f52\u4f4d\/\u6446\u653e\u5f53\u4e2d\u201d\u2014\u2014\u4f60\u4eec\u7ecf\u7531\u4e00\u4e2a\u59ff\u52bf\/\u4e00\u79cd\u5f52\u4f4d\u6216\u6446\u653e\uff0c\u800c\u5904\u4e8e\u5176\u4e2d\u3002<br><br>Now in what way the yoga comes in here? The indoctrination is to just be doing the posture where you are skeleto-muscular aware, you carry out certain bio-mechanics, you activate your body, body matter, muscles, joints, bones, skin, flesh\u2014\u2014all body matter. We try to activate it, put into position properly and we will go on correcting it, improving it, evolving it, adjusting it. So anyway, reach a workable posture which will take some time.<br><br>\u6b64\u65f6\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u4f1a\u4ee5\u4ec0\u4e48\u65b9\u5f0f\u8fdb\u53bb\uff1f\u6559\u6761\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u53ea\u662f\u4e3a\u4e86\u505a\u8fd9\u4e2a\u59ff\u52bf\uff0c\u4f60\u5728\u5176\u4e2d\u53ea\u662f\u9aa8\u9abc-\u808c\u8089\u7684\u89c9\u77e5\uff0c\u4f60\u5728\u8fdb\u884c\u67d0\u79cd\u751f\u7269-\u529b\u5b66\u7684\u884c\u4e3a\uff0c\u4f60\u5728\u6fc0\u6d3b\u4f60\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u7269\u8d28\u3001\u808c\u8089\u3001\u5173\u8282\u3001\u9aa8\u9abc\u3001\u76ae\u80a4\u3001\u76ae\u8089\u2014\u2014\u5373\u6240\u6709\u8eab\u4f53\u7269\u8d28\uff1b\u6211\u4eec\u52aa\u529b\u53bb\u6fc0\u6d3b\u5b83\u3001\u628a\u5b83\u4eec\u6b63\u786e\u5f52\u4f4d\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u8fd8\u4f1a\u6301\u7eed\u53bb\u7ea0\u6b63\u5b83\u3001\u6539\u5584\u5b83\u3001\u7cbe\u8fdb\u5b83\u3001\u8c03\u6574\u5b83\u3002\u603b\u4e4b\uff0c\u8981\u8fbe\u5230\u4e00\u4e2a\u53ef\u884c\u7684\u59ff\u52bf\uff0c\u90a3\u8981\u82b1\u4e0a\u4e00\u6bb5\u65f6\u95f4\u3002<br><br>Now how does&nbsp;the&nbsp;yoga commence here?&nbsp;For us at neophyte\u2019s level, become connected in limbs and trunk, become connected between lower body and upper body, back body and front body, surface body and inner physical body. So establish these connectivities, get connected between one part of the body and other parts of the body, each and every part of the body with every other parts of the body. So&nbsp;get connected. So&nbsp;this connectivity\/getting connected is also one of the connotations of yoga. There are several connotations toward yoga. There are so many compatible connotations, suitable connotations.&nbsp;At different hierarchies the connotations will change. So at our hierarchy,&nbsp;let\u2019s get connected between limbs and trunk, between back and front, between outer and inner physical body matter, between the sides and front and sides and back, so let\u2019s get connected.&nbsp;<br><br>\u6b64\u65f6\uff0c\u745c\u4f3d\u5982\u4f55\u4ece\u8fd9\u91cc\u5f00\u59cb\uff1f\u5bf9\u4e8e\u6211\u4eec\u521d\u5b66\u6c34\u5e73\u7684\u4eba\u800c\u8a00,\u8981\u5728\u56db\u80a2\u548c\u8eaf\u5e72\u5f53\u4e2d\u9010\u6e10\u8054\u7ed3\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u5728\u56db\u80a2\u548c\u8eaf\u5e72\u4e4b\u95f4\u9010\u6e10\u8054\u7ed3\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\uff08\u8fd8\u6709\uff09\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u4e0b\u7aef\u548c\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u4e0a\u7aef\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u540e\u4fa7\u548c\u524d\u4fa7\u3001\u8868\u9762\u548c\u5185\u5728\u8eab\u4f53\u3002\u53bb\u5efa\u7acb\u597d\u8054\u7ed3\u6027\uff0c\u5728\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u4e00\u4e2a\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e0e\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e4b\u95f4\u8fbe\u6210\u8054\u7ed3\u72b6\u6001\uff0c\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u6bcf\u4e2a\u90e8\u4f4d\u4e0e\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u5176\u4ed6\u90e8\u4f4d\uff0c\u4e5f\u662f\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u8981\u83b7\u5f97\u8054\u7ed3\u72b6\u6001\uff0c\u8fd9\u79cd\u8054\u7ed3\u6027\/\u83b7\u5f97\u8054\u7ed3\u72b6\u6001\uff0c\u4e5f\u56e0\u6b64\u800c\u6210\u4e86\u745c\u4f3d\u7684\u542b\u4e49\u4e4b\u4e00\uff0c\u9488\u5bf9\u745c\u4f3d\u6709\u597d\u51e0\u4e2a\u91ca\u4e49\uff0c\u6709\u8bb8\u591a\u76f8\u5e94\u7684\u91ca\u4e49\u3001\u6070\u5f53\u7684\u91ca\u4e49\u3002\u5728\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7b49\u7ea7\u4e0a\uff0c\u91ca\u4e49\u4f1a\u53d8\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7b49\u7ea7\u4e0a\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u5728\u56db\u80a2\u548c\u8eaf\u5e72\u4e4b\u95f4\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u7684\u540e\u4fa7\u548c\u524d\u4fa7\u4e4b\u95f4\u3001\u5916\u5728\u7269\u8d28\u4e0e\u5185\u5728\u7269\u8d28\u4e4b\u95f4\u3001\u8eab\u4f53\u4e24\u4fa7\u4e0e\u524d\u4fa7\u3001\u4e24\u4fa7\u4e0e\u540e\u4fa7\u4e4b\u95f4\uff0c\u5148\u8054\u7ed3\u8d77\u6765\uff0c\u8ba9\u6211\u4eec\u83b7\u5f97\u8054\u7ed3\u72b6\u6001\u3002<br><br>Then&nbsp;let us get connected between our breath and body, the breath and breathing with our body matter, body parts, body aspects, body facets, body factors;&nbsp;let\u2019s get connected between the mind-awareness and body. We work differently, manifest differently in different connectivities. Breath will work differently rather than breath just working as a respiratory process. It is more active force within. The breath is internal conative-organ, internal cognitive-organ, internal sensitive-organ, internal perceptive-organ. So&nbsp;from motor-activity to idio-motor activity, the breath will contribute.<br><br>\u8fd8\u6709\u547c\u5438\u5c42\u9762\uff0c\u547c\u5438\u4f1a\u53d1\u6325\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u53ea\u662f\u4f5c\u4e3a\u547c\u5438\u7cfb\u7edf\u53bb\u53d1\u6325\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u90a3\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u662f\u4e00\u80a1\u5185\u5728\u7684\u52a8\u529b\uff0c\u547c\u5438\u6210\u4e86\u5185\u5728\u7684\u884c\u52a8\u5668\u5b98\u3001\u5185\u5728\u7684\u8ba4\u77e5\u5668\u5b98\u3001\u5185\u5728\u7684\u611f\u53d7\u5668\u5b98\u3001\u5185\u5728\u7684\u611f\u77e5\u5668\u5b98\uff0c\u4ece\u80a2\u4f53\u8fd0\u52a8\u5230\u8111\u529b\u8fd0\u52a8\uff0c\u547c\u5438\u90fd\u5c06\u505a\u51fa\u8d21\u732e\u3002<br><br>The mind will similarly contribute.&nbsp;In an associated condition with the breath and body, try to understand how the mind works. So we can understand how the mind works in a temporal plane, in empirical world. Now here how the mind works? Why it is associated with the body? All the body-mind-breath-senses etc. will become mutually compatible, mutually becoming benefactors and mutually becoming beneficiaries. Posture has to be done. But now mark here, there is interaction, they interact, they become mutually considerate. When you are considerate with a person, you have a kind of thought process&nbsp;which won\u2019t be there if you are inconsiderate about that person. So when body, mind and breath are mutually considerate, how&nbsp;do&nbsp;they work? What do they do? So this is an aspect of education. We have to get educated in the realm of our own embodiment. So the yoga here comes for us in the form of getting connected, becoming mutually related, becoming mutually activating each other, activators of each other, activated by each other. So it is all doing and doing and doing;&nbsp;whereas in asanas, you will come across this condition that they are working for each other, mutually for each other, they interact, they have interplay; when they are related to each other now, the relationship is being actualized and being encouraged. And when that relationship is encouraged, the other day I said, we are quite atrocious. Affiliations are established&nbsp;and therefore they start working for each other. Now in asanas, we are not just supposed to be doing. We are supposed to be staying, we are supposed to be maintaining&nbsp;and I&nbsp;have&nbsp;told you about the whole path&#8211;doing, staying, maintaining, efficacy, access, penetration, freedom, intensity-freedom, getting settled condition. So those are negotiations. So now have these points in requisition list that you are not just supposed to be doing what you are doing. You are supposed to be staying in what you are doing. You are supposed to be maintaining. You are supposed to develop efficacy, intensity, access, freedom and then settled condition. So suppose&nbsp;you are&nbsp;to be endeavoring&nbsp;these&#8211;the body-set addressal, the breath-set addressal and the mind-set addressal. So find out how, as I said during that session which we dealt with the meditation, I told you there are three aspects. So we will be going for a positive state of mind in asanas. We do not go for negative state of mind in an asana. We want to improve the state of mind&nbsp;and how that is a thought structure behind improving your state of the mind. So try to highlight the thought process as you are going for refined states of activity and refined states of thought. Identify the thought content. See how the thought content will change in body-set addressal, breath-set addressal and mind-set addressal. Carry&nbsp;out&nbsp;a thought about the thought. Do not just go for state of mind in yoga. That is consumerism, that you want to do yoga and feel quiet, serene, sublime, sedate, pensive, a little transcendent, seven-heavenly mind.&nbsp;That is consumerism. Try to understand the underlying thought&nbsp;and the structure of thought for sublime states. Let us not be consumeristic. So&nbsp;when there is a thought, there is a thinker; when there is a thinking, there is a thought. So these are three dimensions of one concept. Do not go by little meaning of the thought or thinking. But that is not all, you are going beyond. You are encouraging the \u2018pratipaksha of himsa\u2019. &nbsp;The himsa etc. are manifestation of shadripu-s. Not only that you are away from them, you will engage in their opponents\u2014\u2014dharma. Their opponents&nbsp;are&nbsp;dharma-tattva,&nbsp;so&nbsp;that you will establish in dharma-tattva. So see how the yamas, the very material of yama is being&nbsp;turned&nbsp;out. That is a yogic mind, if you look to Guruji\u2019s book, a small book, booklet on Yogic Mind. So, you will understand how yogic mind can be turned out from what you are doing. So I have tried to bring in the theory which we discussed for nearly two and three sessions in practical aspects of&nbsp;it,&nbsp;so for you to understand how postures become asanas and how asanas have yoga. This is how&nbsp;yoga&nbsp;comes in asana.
