Try to understand the dimensions of words,
of which you are using.
We/you depend on these words.
要搞懂这些你在使用的词汇的维度,
我们/你们都在靠这些词汇进行学习。           
 
When you say it is ‘doer’,
 (then) doer/doing/done;
when you say it is ‘benefactor’,
(then) benefactor/beneficiary/benefit;
when you say ‘beneficiary’,
(then) benefactor/beneficiary/benefit;
当你说它是 “行为主体”-‘doer’,
必定会产生出三个维度——主体、工具体、客体;
当你说它是“施惠者”-‘benefactor’,
也会产生出三个维度——施惠者、受惠者、益处;
当你说它是“受惠者”-‘beneficiary’,
依然会产生出三个维度——施惠者、受惠者、益处。

Now this is rotation of dynamics,
benefits will emanate.
Different benefits are going to emanate.
And these are benefits which will give you Yoga.
这就是动态的转换,
各种益处都将会体现出来,
所有不同的益处行将表现出来,
这些益处,将为你带来瑜伽。

Incidentally they might help you healthy and well-being,
that is incidental;
but they give you Yoga,
they should give you Yoga,
there is only Yoga.
顺带着,它们可能也会帮你获得健康和财富,
那只是顺带而为;
但它们带给你的是瑜伽,
它们也应该带给你瑜伽,
那些益处里面只有瑜伽。

If they don’t give Yoga,
then that is not Yoga;
If they are only giving well-ness, well-being,
it is not Yoga.
You can get this well-ness and well-being
y other means as well.
如果它们没有带给你瑜伽,
那就不是瑜伽;
如果它们只带来健康、富有,
那就不是瑜伽,
你通过其他手段也能获得那些。

I write down the property in your name,
one billion dollars, ten billion dollars,
you will find your well-being,
‘Oh! Somebody is instating my name’.
(比如),
我将财产写到你的名下,
10亿美金,100亿美金,
你会发现自己发大财了,
“哦!有人授予我名下如此巨大的财富”。

But here understand,
when it is Yoga,
the benefits should be Yoga, in form of Yoga,
Then only,
it is Yoga.
但在此却要明白,
当那是瑜伽时,
所有益处应该只是瑜伽,只表现为瑜伽,
只有这之后,
它才是瑜伽。

If it gives you fame, money, recognition, comfort,
it is not Yoga.
如果它带给你名、利、赞誉、安慰,
那不是瑜伽。

this is the theorem in the pedantic,
“Yoga is out of Yoga”
这是古老的纯学术理论思想:
瑜伽产自瑜伽

Name, comfort, recognition,
does not come out of Yoga;
Well-ness, well-being, physical-mental health
does not come out of Yoga,
that is an incidental thing.
声名、慰籍、赞誉,
并非出自于瑜伽;
健康、财富,
并非出自于瑜伽,
那只是一个顺带的副产品。

“Only Yoga will engender Yoga”
唯有瑜伽可以产生出瑜伽

That is why you need to see
which is really Yoga.
那就是为何你需要看清
什么是真正的瑜伽。

If it is Yoga,
Yoga will come out of Yoga!
如果那是瑜伽,
瑜伽就会从瑜伽中产生!

So!
The means is Yoga,
The end is Yoga.
由此!
那个手段是瑜伽,
那个目的还是瑜伽。

Understand the very concept of Yoga,
What Yoga is.
要去理解瑜伽的概念,
什么才是瑜伽。

“唱诵是为了唤醒深藏于我们内在的瑜伽印记”,
“唱诵是为了纪念伟大的帕坦伽利”,
“唱诵不是为了向神乞讨恩赐、保佑自己平安无事”…

“All of you settle down,
proceed for all these initializations,
the preparatories,
for the realm of awareness-activity-sensitivity;
understand the nuances and implications of these terms.
Right from the word ‘Go !’,
commence your education.
If you are here to learn,
commence your learning,
subjectivistically,
when body, mind, breath interact, interplay.
as I said yesterday,
there are intertwining processes,
so what is intertwining process?

所有人安定下来,
为了觉知-行为-感受,
进入“开机程序”,“预备程序”;
去理解这些术语的微妙与深意。
从“Go!”这个词开始,
就已然开始了你的教育。
如果你来这儿是为了学习,
那么就开始你的学习过程,
要从你自身的个体层面去开始,
那也是身体、头脑、呼吸
开始彼此互动、相互交织之时。
昨天我说了,
它们之间还会像
“两股或多股绳线,
“相互紧密缠绕、彼此交错在一起”,
那到底什么是“相互缠绕、紧密联结”?

Often exhale extraordinarily deeper,
further and further to flush out

the worldly conditions,
mundane conditions,
empirical conditions.

Try to understand the protocol
to be going to

internal activity,
internalized activity,
internalizing activity.

不时地进行深呼气,超常规地深呼气,
越来越多地将

世俗性的境况、
凡尘性的境况、
先验性的境况

统统冲刷出去。
尝试去理解此时所需的“礼仪”,
因为你即将步入一种

内化的行为,
已经内化的行为,
不断内化的行为。

So exhale further and further and further
in various confinements,
the important place of:
below the lung’s part,
above the lung’s part,
behind the lung’s part.
So the breath will have
different profile, functions,
rather than respiratory breathing.

因此要继续不断地深呼气,
呼到不同的区域,
尤其是那些重要区域:
肺的下端、
肺的上端、
肺的后端,
呼吸因此会产生不同的面貌和职能,
而非只局限于呼吸系统的呼吸行为。

Get collected at heart,
sanitize the passages,
clear the passages,
for the mind-awareness to be converging
at the heart region,
which is realm for the act that is to follow
what you call as prayers, or invocations.

将一切聚集于心,
去圣化这些通道,
去清洁这些通道,
让头脑觉知汇聚于心;
心,
是接下来这个神圣之举的所在之地,
而你们,
却将其称之为“祈祷”或“唱颂”。

The subjective entity and the mind
should have the suitable outfit for emotional activity,
such as prayers, such as invocations.

我们这个主观之体以及这个头脑,
理应为饱含深情之举披上一件合体的外衣,
那就是我们的祈祷、那就是我们的唱颂… …
