When you are teaching others,
you should be qualified to teach yourself,
and you must be teaching yourself.
Yog is heuristic subject
where you are your own teacher,
you are your own student.

当你教别人时，
你应该具备教你自己的资格，
而且你也一定要一直去教你自己。
瑜伽是一门“自我教育性”的学科，
你在其中
既是你自己的老师、
也是你自己的学生。
