To learn and attain Yog,
several lives are insufficient.
But to become teachers,
preceptors and gurus in Yog,
a couple of months
are more than enough.

学习瑜伽、获得瑜伽，几辈子都嫌不够，
但在瑜伽里变成老师、讲师、“上师”，
几个月都嫌太久 (指现代瑜伽里的现象）。
