class is not the place to learn,
rather to “know what to learn”.
The learning should eventually
develop from one’s self-study
of the aspects taught.

我经常澄清这样一个事实：
课堂不是学习(瑜伽) 之地，
而是去了解要学些什么东西；

最终该从被教的自我研究中开发出来。
